Beds are always delivered to your home address (kerb side) by courier.

Dachser will contact you to arrange a delivery date, which you will need to confirm. If you are unable to confirm this date, you can choose a different delivery date.

It is important that you are at home to receive your order, as Dachser requires a signature upon delivery.

GLS
We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS, where you can choose between collection from a parcel shop or home delivery. You’ll find this option at checkout when you enter your details.

Whichever delivery method you choose, GLS will provide you with a track-and-trace number once they have taken delivery of the parcel.

How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the weight and size of the order, but we always dispatch our beds via our partner, Dachser. We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS. We offer free delivery on orders over 400 euros.

What is the exact delivery date and time?
Dachser will contact you by email once they have collected your order from our warehouse. They will ask you to confirm a delivery date. They will not deliver without your confirmation. If the proposed date does not suit you, you can suggest an alternative date in the email.

Damage to goods during transport
If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you always accept the goods regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.

The LIFETIME X TRÄUMELAND Advanced breathable mattress for children is made of a durable 12 cm point-elastic open-pored cold foam core with horizontal and vertical air channels for optimal ventilation and air circulation.

The mattress has a medium level of firmness and provides ideal support for growing children. The point-elastic cold foam is a popular option due to its long lasting properties.

Side 1: Made for children up to 35 kg. The wave contour cut creates a slightly softer surface for lighter children that adjusts to the child's weight and body and provides ideal comfort and support.

Side 2: Made for children from 35 kg. The medium firm side with additional horizontal air channels is slighlty firmer and provides medium firm support and great ventilation for older children.

Simply turn the mattress so that the appropriate side faces up based on your child’s weight and needs.

The thick, durable mattress cover is made of 100% polyester quilted with wash fleece. It is removable and washable at 60°C. The fire-retardant Polyester cover provides a comfortable soft surface, and the material properties avoid mould and bacteria from settling. Suitable for people with allergies. The mattress height is 14 cm. Suitable for LIFETIME beds of all heights

To reduce the CO₂ footprint, this mattress is vacuum-packed and rolled for delivery. When opening the package, the mattress will take 24–48 hours to fully unfold and expand. By opening the zipper, you allow the mattress better access to air. The mattress can be used while it is still in the expansion phase.
