UK Orders - Refunds
- Furniture Items: Please note that furniture items are non-returnable.
- Accessories (Lamps and Bedding): These may be returned for a refund, provided they are in their original packaging.

- If the item has been damaged or reduced in value because of how it was handled, the refund may be reduced.
- We do not refund international delivery costs.
- We’ll use the same payment method you used for your order unless we agree otherwise.
- We may wait to issue the refund until we’ve received the item back, or you’ve provided proof that it has been returned.
EU Orders - Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, we’ll refund the amount you paid, less special delivery costs.
