Shipping
We ship your order with Dachser or GLS to your home address.
The price is determined by the weight of your order and is estimated at checkout.
Important to Know
- Please keep the packaging: We recommend folding and keeping the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep your purchase.
- Deliveries to islands without a bridge: Please contact LIFETIME in advance to confirm delivery time, method, and cost.
- Delivery times: Because we use different freight companies, we can’t give you an exact delivery time on the day, and drivers can’t be contacted directly.
- Notification: If you provided a phone number with your order, the freight company will call you the day before delivery.
Delivery
- Delivery time: Furniture is usually delivered within 2–3 weeks from the order date (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delays: If your order is delayed, our customer service team will contact you by email or phone.
- Delivery or collection: You can choose to have your furniture delivered to you or pick it up yourself.
On delivery day
- Please check that the correct items have been delivered and look for any visible damage.
- If everything looks fine, you’ll be asked to sign for the delivery.
- If the packaging is damaged or looks suspicious, sign the delivery note “subject to damage” or refuse the item and ask the driver to return it.
After unpacking
- If you notice any damage or defects once you open the package, contact LIFETIME Customer Service right away, and we’ll help resolve it.
For evidence purposes, please report any issues within 5 days of receiving your order.
