To cancel an order, please follow the guide below.
If you would like to make a complaint regarding a damaged item, incorrect delivery, or a similar issue, please contact us before returning the item. In some cases, we do not require defective or incorrect items to be returned. Therefore, we ask that you contact us first if you experience any issues with your order.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please place a new order for the desired item through our webshop. You can conveniently return your original order at the same time as you collect your new order from the parcel shop.
