Beds are always delivered to your home address (kerb side) by courier.

Dachser will contact you to arrange a delivery date, which you will need to confirm. If you are unable to confirm this date, you can choose a different delivery date.

It is important that you are at home to receive your order, as Dachser requires a signature upon delivery.

GLS
We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS, where you can choose between collection from a parcel shop or home delivery. You’ll find this option at checkout when you enter your details.

Whichever delivery method you choose, GLS will provide you with a track-and-trace number once they have taken delivery of the parcel.

How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the weight and size of the order, but we always dispatch our beds via our partner, Dachser. We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS. We offer free delivery on orders over 400 euros.

What is the exact delivery date and time?
Dachser will contact you by email once they have collected your order from our warehouse. They will ask you to confirm a delivery date. They will not deliver without your confirmation. If the proposed date does not suit you, you can suggest an alternative date in the email.

Damage to goods during transport
If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you always accept the goods regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.

La nostra rete a doghe Deluxe è indispensabile per qualsiasi camera da letto. Realizzata con 28 doghe sagomate, supporta facilmente fino a 200 kg.

Un telaio con 28 doghe montate lateralmente in supporti di plastica e in grado di muoversi insieme in modo flessibile.

Disponibile nelle misure 90 x 200 cm, 120 x 200 cm e 140 x 200 cm, questa rete a doghe è pronta per essere assemblata in modo rapido e pratico. Al massimo 15 minuti: è tutto ciò che serve!

Quanto peso può sostenere un letto e può dormirci un adulto?

Il limite massimo di peso è determinato dalla rete a doghe. Per i letti con doghe standard, consigliamo un peso massimo di 150 kg. Per i letti con rete a doghe deluxe o doghe premium, consigliamo di non superare il peso massimo distribuito di 200 kg. Questo assicura anche una lunga durata delle doghe.

Una rete a doghe deluxe si adatta a un letto realizzato per l’uso con doghe standard?

Prima del 2023, se si desiderava passare da una rete a doghe deluxe a una standard, era necessario ordinare nuove sponde del letto. Dal 2023 abbiamo modificato le sponde del letto affinché possano essere utilizzate per entrambe le opzioni. A seconda di quando è stato acquistato il letto, potrebbero essere necessarie o meno nuove sponde del letto.

Pulire semplicemente con un panno umido e poi asciugare con un panno morbido senza pelucchi.
Regola la temperatura e l'umidità nella tua camera da letto, poiché il legno si espande in un ambiente troppo caldo o troppo umido.
Non usare detergenti abrasivi.
