Beds are always delivered to your home address (kerb side) by courier.

Dachser will contact you to arrange a delivery date, which you will need to confirm. If you are unable to confirm this date, you can choose a different delivery date.

It is important that you are at home to receive your order, as Dachser requires a signature upon delivery.

GLS
We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS, where you can choose between collection from a parcel shop or home delivery. You’ll find this option at checkout when you enter your details.

Whichever delivery method you choose, GLS will provide you with a track-and-trace number once they have taken delivery of the parcel.

How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the weight and size of the order, but we always dispatch our beds via our partner, Dachser. We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS. We offer free delivery on orders over 400 euros.

What is the exact delivery date and time?
Dachser will contact you by email once they have collected your order from our warehouse. They will ask you to confirm a delivery date. They will not deliver without your confirmation. If the proposed date does not suit you, you can suggest an alternative date in the email.

Damage to goods during transport
If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you always accept the goods regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.

I wish to schedule delivery for a later date

Bianco

I mobili per bambini laccati bianchi di LIFETIME Kidsroom sono realizzati in legno massello di pino senza nodi per evitare la tipica scoloritura e irregolarità che possono verificarsi con i nodi. La superficie è trattata con una vernice bianca ecologica a base d'acqua e indurita con luce UV, garantendo una finitura facile da pulire e durevole. Per i nostri articoli laccati bianchi, utilizziamo MDF per le ante, i pannelli, le porte e i frontali dei cassetti. A causa dell'uso di materiali diversi, possono verificarsi lievi variazioni di colore e motivo.

Whitewash

Per i nostri letti per bambini nel colore whitewash, utilizziamo legno massello di pino con nodi per tutti i componenti del letto. Questo mette in risalto l'aspetto naturale del mobile e la venatura del legno. La superficie è trattata con una vernice a base d'acqua che contiene meno pigmenti bianchi rispetto alla vernice bianca, permettendo al motivo naturale del legno di rimanere visibile. La vernice whitewash lascia alcuni pori aperti sulla superficie, il che può portare a una normale e leggera scoloritura nel tempo.

Pulire semplicemente con un panno umido e poi asciugare con un panno morbido senza pelucchi.
Regola la temperatura e l'umidità nella tua camera da letto, poiché il legno si espande in un ambiente troppo caldo o troppo umido.
Non usare detergenti abrasivi.
