Beds are always delivered to your home address (kerb side) by courier.

Dachser will contact you to arrange a delivery date, which you will need to confirm. If you are unable to confirm this date, you can choose a different delivery date.

It is important that you are at home to receive your order, as Dachser requires a signature upon delivery.

GLS
We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS, where you can choose between collection from a parcel shop or home delivery. You’ll find this option at checkout when you enter your details.

Whichever delivery method you choose, GLS will provide you with a track-and-trace number once they have taken delivery of the parcel.

How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the weight and size of the order, but we always dispatch our beds via our partner, Dachser. We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS. We offer free delivery on orders over 400 euros.

What is the exact delivery date and time?
Dachser will contact you by email once they have collected your order from our warehouse. They will ask you to confirm a delivery date. They will not deliver without your confirmation. If the proposed date does not suit you, you can suggest an alternative date in the email.

Damage to goods during transport
If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you always accept the goods regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.

Quanto peso può sostenere un letto e un adulto può dormirci?

Il limite massimo di peso è determinato dalla rete a doghe. Per i letti con doghe standard, consigliamo un peso massimo di 150 kg. Per i letti con rete a doghe deluxe o doghe premium, consigliamo di non superare il peso massimo distribuito di 200 kg. Questo garantisce anche una lunga durata delle doghe.

Qual è la differenza tra la rete a doghe standard e la rete a doghe premium?

Entrambe le reti a doghe sono composte da doghe in betulla o faggio sagomate e laminate, avvitate direttamente alle sponde del letto. La differenza è che la versione standard ha 16 doghe, mentre la versione premium ne ha 23, per questo la rete a doghe premium può sostenere più peso di quella standard ed è ideale per i letti a pavimento.

Rete a doghe standard: 150 kg.

Rete a doghe premium: 200 kg.

Una rete a doghe deluxe è adatta a un letto realizzato per l'uso con doghe standard?

Prima del 2023, era necessario ordinare nuove sponde del letto se si desiderava passare da una rete a doghe deluxe a una standard. Dal 2023, abbiamo modificato le sponde del letto affinché possano essere utilizzate per entrambe le opzioni. A seconda di quando è stato acquistato il letto, potrebbero essere necessarie o meno nuove sponde del letto.

Pulisci semplicemente con un panno umido e poi asciuga con un panno morbido privo di pelucchi.
Regola la temperatura e l'umidità nella tua camera da letto, poiché il legno si dilata in un ambiente troppo caldo o troppo umido.
Non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi.
