How to order small spare parts | screws

Step 1

Find your part number 

Every part has its own number in your assembly instructions. Look through the parts list at the beginning of the instructions and note down:

1. The part number of each part you are missing

2. The quantity you need of each part

Lost your assembly instructions?

You can find them again on the product page of the product you bought. Go to the product on our website and download the assembly instructions from there.

Step 2

Send us your request

Fill in the form below with your part number(s), the quantity and your delivery details. The more information you give us, the faster we can help you.

You can see the price of your items when your basket is sent to you. Once payment has been completed, we will process your order.

Delivery charges and payment for the parts are to be settled via the order summary we send you. 

We will dispatch your order via GLS, where you can track your parcel. 

Step 3

What happens next

1. We receive your request and check the part numbers.

2. We create an order for the parts and send it to you.

3. You complete the payment in our webshop.

4. We ship the parts to your address.

Spare parts are charged for the parts plus shipping.

Part missing from a new order, damaged or faulty on arrival? 

Then this is a claim and not a spare parts order, and it is free of charge for you. Please contact us here instead of using the spare parts form, and we will take care of it.
