PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are stated incl. VAT and in Danish kroner. You can pay with Dankort, Visa-Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and cards from Forbrugsforeningen or via MobilePay. We do not charge fees. You receive an order confirmation per. e-mail. Payment will not be deducted before shipment. Invoice is sent to your e-mail. All prices are incl. 25% VAT, but excluding shipping. Some countries have local taxes for which we cannot be held responsible.

SECURITY FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
When you pay by debit or credit card, your card information is sent directly to DIBS (Danish Internet Payment Service ). All communication between you and DIBS is encrypted so that no one can intercept the information you enter. Therefore, the security is at the same high level as when you withdraw money in a Dankort cash machine.
You can pick up your goods at Højervej 16, 6280 Højer free of charge. If you want your goods delivered to your private address in Denmark (on all bridged islands), these will be delivered by our skilled transport partners for a shipping fee of min. 390.00 DKK for furniture shipping. The freight forwarder will contact you by phone the day before delivery.
For smaller shipments such as bedding, lamps, blankets and accessories, we ship with GLS.
It is a good idea to fold the packaging and store it until you have finally decided on your purchase.
When delivering to non-bridged islands, please contact LIFETIME regarding delivery time, delivery method and price.
All our orders are delivered by a large number of different trucks, and therefore it is not possible to get an exact delivery time within the specified day. It is also not possible to call the driver in question directly. If you have provided a telephone number for your order, the freight forwarder will call you the day before delivery.
LIFETIME is expect to have 7-14 days delivery time from order day to delivery when it comes to furniture. If your order is unexpectedly delayed, you will of course be contacted by mail or phone by our customer service department in good time. Reservations are made for weekends and public holidays.
When you order your furniture from LIFETIME, you decide for yourself whether you want your goods delivered or whether you want to pick up your goods yourself.
When you receive your new furniture, it is important that you check whether the right goods have been delivered and whether there is visible damage. If everything is as expected, you will be asked to acknowledge receipt of the carrier.
If the packaging is damaged or bears other visible signs of defect, only acknowledge receipt on the consignment note subject to any damage to the contents, or refrain from receiving the item and ask the driver to return it.
If an item is found to be damaged or defective after unpacking, please contact LIFETIME´'s customer service, who will assist with a solution.
For evidentiary reasons, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receipt.
5 YEAR CONSTRUCTION WARRANTY
At LIFETIME, the furniture is produced in Denmark according to proud furniture traditions. We know that good materials combined with genuine craftsmanship, provide quality and durable furniture. That is why you get a 5-year guarantee on the construction when you buy furniture from LIFETIME.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint according to the Purchase Act. But at LIFETIME, we guarantee the quality down to the smallest detail. Therefore, we dare to give you an extended guarantee, which puts you in far better position than the statutory right of complaint.
The Danish Purchase Act may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post, cash on delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or you get the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
If the item consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or the last part in physical possession.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 7 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear responsibility for the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Lack of original packaging can possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item be returned in the original packaging.
Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies to: furniture such as beds, cabinets, drawers, mattresses.
The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. DKK: 450 DKK
Goods except the right of withdrawal are;
Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
Condition of a returned item
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been taken in use in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount may be reduced.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances within 7 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided proof of having returned it.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We register and pass on your personal information in order to deliver the item to you. We do NOT pass on information to third parties.
The personal information is registered with LIFETIME Kidsrooms Webshop and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

As registered with LIFETIME Kidsrooms Webshop, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. PICTURES & COLORS
We have done our best to ensure that the description and specifications of the products are correct, and that reproduction of color is so accurate as the production and the photographic process allow. However, we are not responsible for color variations caused by browser software or computer systems used by the customer.
