Delivey Information
Beds are always delivered to your home address (kerb side) by courier.
Dachser will contact you to arrange a delivery date, which you will need to confirm. If you are unable to confirm this date, you can choose a different delivery date.
It is important that you are at home to receive your order, as Dachser requires a signature upon delivery.
GLS
We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS, where you can choose between collection from a parcel shop or home delivery. You’ll find this option at checkout when you enter your details.
Whichever delivery method you choose, GLS will provide you with a track-and-trace number once they have taken delivery of the parcel.
How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the weight and size of the order, but we always dispatch our beds via our partner, Dachser. We dispatch smaller parcels via GLS. We offer free delivery on orders over 400 euros.
What is the exact delivery date and time?
Dachser will contact you by email once they have collected your order from our warehouse. They will ask you to confirm a delivery date. They will not deliver without your confirmation. If the proposed date does not suit you, you can suggest an alternative date in the email.
Damage to goods during transport
If the goods have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you always accept the goods regardless. Based on the extent of the damage, with your help, we will identify which parts have been damaged and send replacement parts at no extra cost.

The Mattress LIGHT is a PU-foam mattress with a polyether core. The mattress has a 100 % natural cotton cover. It is designed as a play mattress, or to be used in guest beds and for sleepovers.
Due to its low height of 12 cm, the mattress in size 90 x 200 cm can be used with various themed play mattress covers.
The mattress in size 90 x 194 cm has the perfect size for guest beds that hide seamlessly beneath the bed.
