Shipping

We ship your order to your home address via Dachser or GLS.

The shipping cost is based on the weight of your order and is calculated at checkout.

Important to Know

  • Please keep the packaging: We recommend keeping the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep your purchase.
  • Deliveries to islands without a bridge: Please contact LIFETIME in advance to confirm delivery time, method, and cost.
  • Delivery times: As we use different freight companies, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time on the day of delivery, and drivers cannot be contacted directly.
  • Notification: If you have provided a phone number with your order, the freight company will contact you the day before delivery.

Delivery

  • Delivery time: Furniture is typically delivered within 4–10 business days from the order date (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delays: If your order is delayed, our customer service team will contact you by email or phone.
  • Delivery or collection: You can choose to have your furniture delivered or to collect it yourself.

On Delivery Day

  • Please check that the correct items have been delivered and inspect them for any visible damage.
  • If everything is in order, you will be asked to sign for the delivery.
  • If the packaging is damaged or appears compromised, sign the delivery note “subject to damage” or refuse the delivery and ask the driver to return it.

After Unpacking

  • If you notice any damage or defects after unpacking, please contact LIFETIME Customer Service immediately, and we will assist you.

For documentation purposes, please report any issues within 5 days of receiving your order.
