By placing an order, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions.

Prices & payments

All prices are stated including VAT. You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, or MobilePay. We do not charge any fees. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. All prices include 25% VAT but exclude shipping. Some countries may have local taxes for which we cannot be held responsible.

Security for online purchases

When you pay by debit or credit card, your card information is sent directly to DIBS (Danish Internet Payment Service). All communication between you and DIBS is encrypted, ensuring that no one can intercept the information you enter. Therefore, the security level is comparable to withdrawing money from a Dankort ATM.

Shipping

If you want your goods delivered to your home address, they will be handled by our trusted transport partners. The carrier will contact you by e-mail the day before delivery.

For smaller shipments such as bedding, lamps, blankets, and accessories, we ship with GLS.

NOTE

We recommend keeping the packaging until you have made a final decision about your purchase.

Deliveries are carried out by many different trucks, so it is not possible to provide an exact delivery time within the specified day. It is also not possible to contact the driver directly. If you have provided a phone number, the carrier may call you the day before delivery.

Delivery

LIFETIME is expected to have a delivery time of 7–14 days from the order date for furniture. If your order is unexpectedly delayed, our customer service team will contact you by e-mail or phone in due time. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery times.

Upon receiving your furniture, please check that the correct items have been delivered and that there is no visible damage. If everything is as expected, you will be asked to acknowledge receipt.

If the packaging is damaged or shows signs of defects, only sign for receipt with reservation for possible damage, or refuse the delivery and ask the driver to return it.

For documentation purposes, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

5-year construction warranty

LIFETIME furniture is produced according to proud craftsmanship traditions. We combine quality materials with skilled workmanship to ensure durable furniture. That is why we offer a 5-year construction warranty on all LIFETIME furniture.

As a consumer, you have a 24-month statutory right of complaint. In addition, LIFETIME offers an extended warranty, giving you better protection than the standard legal coverage.

Complaints

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to file a complaint. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. This requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by misuse or damage.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. The item must be returned in proper packaging, and you should obtain a receipt for shipment for reimbursement.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible. We do not accept packages sent without delivery or cash on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you have received your item, or the last item in the case of an order with multiple deliveries.

If the item consists of several parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the final part.

You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to cancel your purchase. Contact us here. Please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without notifying us.

Returns

You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 7 days after notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for the item until it has been delivered to us.

Lack of original packaging may result in a reduced refund, so we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned by normal mail (e.g., beds, wardrobes, chests, mattresses).

Exemptions from the right of withdrawal include goods made to the consumer’shat is necessary to establish the nature and function of the item.

If the item has been used beyond this, a partial or no refund may be granted depending on its resale value.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. Any loss in value may be deducted.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof of return.
