How to Activate the LIFETIME Warranty
To qualify for the LIFETIME extended warranty:
- Your product must be purchased on or after 01.08.2025
- You must register your product within 4 months of purchase
- Your registration has been confirmed
- You agree to receive newsletters and information e-mails from LIFETIME
During registration, you will need the following:
- Your full name (first name, last name)
- Adress
- A valid email address
- Name of your reseller (store og webshop name)
- Purchase date
- Model number and purchase date, or LIFETIME OC number
- A digital copy of your proof of purchase (PDF, JPG, or PNG)
Please note that the warranty only applies to registered products. If your contact details change during the warranty period, please notify us at info@lifetime.dk to keep your warranty valid.
Once your registration is complete, we will confirm whether your product is eligible for the LIFETIME warranty.
What Articles Are Not Covered by the LIFETIME Extended Warranty?
The following items are excluded from the LIFETIME extended warranty:
- Textiles and decorative accessories
- Bed accessories and discontinued roof options
- Other furniture other than beds
- Mattresses (covered under a separate 5-year warranty)
- Slatted bases with plastic components (Deluxe) (5-year warranty applies)
- Electronic items (e.g., electric desks, lighting – 2-year warranty applies)
What Does the Warranty Not Cover?
The LIFETIME warranty applies only to private consumers for personal, non-commercial use. The warranty:
- It is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
- Requires registration within 4 months of purchase
- Does not cover the following:

- Theft or loss
- Transport damage
- Assembly, disassembly, or labour cost
- Damage due to incorrect assembly or failure to follow maintenance instructions
- Repairs or servicing by unauthorised parties
- Sound or noise resulting from material properties
- Damage caused by the (mis)use of accessories or other products
- Wear and tear (e.g., discolouration, surface scratches, natural ageing)
- Damage due to accidents, negligence, fluids, inappropriate use or external factors
- Custom-modified products or special-size products

If you modify or adapt a product to suit your own needs, i.e. shorten parts or drill into them, any form of warranty will be void.
Legal Warranty and Additional Coverage
The standard 2-year legal warranty within the EU covers all LIFETIME products. This ensures the product meets what consumers may reasonably expect in terms of function and quality.
The LIFETIME extended warranty is an additional, voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, and it is free of charge. It protects you against material or manufacturing defects for 15 years or for as long as the product remains in production, whichever is shorter.
If the product is no longer in production, LIFETIME reserves the right to offer an alternative or equivalent replacement part, or to decline compensation if no substitute is available.
Only spare parts are provided under the LIFETIME warranty. LIFETIME is not liable for any costs related to mounting, dismounting, or installation.
What to Do in Case of a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered by the warranty:

Contact your local LIFETIME reseller, or where you purchased the article
